Position Overview
As a Remote Corporate Production Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless and efficient processing of loan files across our network. Collaborate closely with branch teams and support staff to streamline workflows and provide essential support, including managing the loan support queue and facilitating pipeline management calls. Your efforts will directly contribute to maintaining high standards of service and compliance.
Responsibilities
Monitor our internal systems and reporting platforms to manage tasks effectively.
Support branch operations by coordinating workflow and ensuring accurate file submissions.
Provide guidance and uptraining to loan support teams, fostering professional development.
Collaborate with management to implement new systems and procedures for improved efficiency.
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and company policies.
Contribute to team performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years' experience in loan processing; management or team lead experience preferred.
Strong understanding of mortgage lending processes and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in mortgage software (experience with Encompass is a plus).
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
