Corporate Paralegal - Fast growing Insurance company - Chicago

As the Corporate Paralegal you will support all legal and compliance matters, collaborating extensively with the in-house and external legal teams, plus working alongside multiple service providers. Key responsibilities:

• Maintaining and filing corporate records, including annual reports, resolutions etc.
• Provide administration support for documents and activities related to any corporate restructurings, such as mergers, acquisitions, formations, and dissolutions.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders on special projects and initiatives.
• Provide support for corporate agreements, such as lease and employment agreements.
• Produce documentation related to the development and implementation of corporate policies and templates.

Your background and experience:

• 3+ years corporate paralegal experience, preferably within a law firm setting.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Familiar and happy working in fast paced environments.
• You should be approachable and treat others with respect and dignity.
• Good experience working on annual filings and merger (M&A) docs.
• A proven track record of keeping commitments and having a positive "get it done" mindset
