JURISolutions is partnering with our law firm client based in CA to identify a qualified Corporate Paralegal to provide part-time ad hoc support. The ideal candidate will be comfortable preparing first drafts of simple corporate agreements such as board resolutions, officers’ certificates and promissory notes. A background within M&A or corporate governance would be a solid fit. Initially, hours will be very part-time and more as needed with a likely increase in the workload. Working hours will primarily align with West Coast hours.
