We Are Looking For
- a bachelor's degree; experience in business with a focus on organizational change management, project management, or related field
Organizational Change Management
- Incorporates / identifies change management opportunities; facilitates change management initiatives related to assigned projects and programs
- Partners in a team environment to assist with / manage, and document all aspects of one or more strategic projects related to organizational work design, merchant/business initiatives, and change management
- Works alongside project team, identifying change support needed, building out, monitoring, and delivering on change plans, schedules, and all related activities to provide the necessary change management support that enables work to progress accordingly and keep the project on schedule
- Works with the business to support and facilitates organizational change
- Helps diagnose organizational issues; identifies trends
- Supports / leads communications related to change management and some project management
- Recommends appropriate actions for the business partner
- Creates value through successful implementation of work process changes and sustainment of change initiatives that support recommended project outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in business, organization design, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in organizational change management, or related field
- Knowledge of change management principles and implementation methodologies
- Understanding of H-E-B business functions
- Strong project management skills
- Influencing and negotiation skills
- Verbal / written communication and presentation skills
- PC skills; proficiency in MS Office, project management software
- Facilitation skills; ability to apply traditional and nontraditional methods
- Ability to clarify complex issues and synthesize related items
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus between projects / tasks
- Function in a fast-paced, retail, hybrid office environment
- Travel by car or plane with overnight stays
- Work extended hours; sit for extended periods
