Summary
The Manager, Corporate Operations Support position will oversee strategic projects related to network optimization and cost saving initiatives. This position will lead projects related to corporate development, focused on possible acquisitions of like companies that may provide company synergies. All projects will have a focus on improving profitability and supporting operations. This position will also be responsible for leading and coordinating various projects related to logistics and supply chain management. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement project plans to optimize our logistic network, reduce costs, and/or improve efficiency
Identify areas of optimization in logistics and supply chain management, and develop solutions to address them
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of logistics and supply chain activities
Assist in negotiations of deal terms
Assemble PowerPoints presentations and present to executives
Assist in drafting deal documents such as NDA's, LOI's, and service/sales agreements
Assist in performing due diligence on target companies
Develop team's written processes and procedures
Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
Monitor and report on project progress to key stakeholders
Perform risk management and ensure compliance with all regulatory business requirements
Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners as needed
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring that all project activities are completed on time and within budget
Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and issues
Monitor and manage corporate development activities and other sources of deal opportunities
Support other projects as needed
Manage performance, train staffs, and skills needed to enhance current skills for future growth

Compensation Range
$101,000 - $113,000 per year ( Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)

Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree Required
Master's Degree Preferred
7 years of relevant work experience in Financial Analysis, Operations, Procurement Required
8-9 years of relevant work experience in Financial Analysis, Project Management and Business Development Preferred
