Corporate Legal Counsel

Seeking an experienced Corporate Legal Counsel to work closely with the business and other internal/external stakeholders on a variety of corporate/transactional, M&A, domestic and international contracts/agreements, corporate governance and regulatory compliance, and other matters. This is a “corporate generalist” role in the in-house legal department at one of Kansas City’s best companies. Must be comfortable working collaborating with executives and others, working on a wide range of sophisticated matters, and learning new aspects of the law and the business.
