THE POSITION
Firm is seeking candidates with 1 to 3 years of law firm experience in the area of M&A and general corporate law, particularly in the areas of acquisitions, dispositions, mergers, leveraged buy-outs, reorganizations, joint ventures and general corporate and complex commercial matters.
Candidates should have a JD from a top tier law school, experience from a peer firm (AmLaw 200 firm or elite boutique) and a Colorado bar license.
COMPENSATION
A good faith estimate of the compensation range for candidates with the posted years of experience is $205,000 to $240,000.
Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus. Other benefits include healthcare, vision, dental, retirement, and all-purpose leave.
