Corporate FP&A Manager


Our Client, a leading company in the manufacturing and life sciences industry, seeks a Corporate FP&A Manager to join their dynamic team. This newly added position reports to the Director of Finance, overseeing Corporate FP&A, R&D, and Financial Systems. As the FP&A Manager, you'll drive critical processes, enhance reporting, and contribute to scalable corporate FP&A practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the annual planning process, collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Deliver the company's annual business plan and monthly rolling forecasts.
  • Continuously enhance the financial planning and interactive analysis platform.
  • Develop planning capabilities and tools to meet stakeholder needs.
  • Design and generate monthly and quarterly management reporting for the CFO and executive staff.
  • Provide insights on Profit and Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow data.
  • Collaborate with business units, offering valuable management information.
  • Support strategic projects, including mergers, acquisitions, and capital structure decisions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of financial information for executive presentations.
  • Oversee finance data model policies and resolve reporting issues.
  • Implement process enhancements for data accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
  1. BA/BS Degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA a plus).
  2. 5+ years of FP&A experience, preferably in Life Sciences or Biotech.
  3. Understanding of accounting principles and financial statements (GAAP, accrual accounting).
  4. Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
