Our client, based in Ft Worth, is looking to add a Corporate FP&A Analyst to their team. The individual must have experience with forecasting, budgeting and reporting along with the ability to condense large data-sets into actionable reports.


Responsibilities:


  • Leverage complex financial models that accurately project the future performance of the company by incorporating various financial variables and assumptions.
  • Conducting comprehensive analysis of the company's 5-year forward-looking company models, evaluating business prospects, industry trends, and creating strategic forward-looking projections, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Support the creation and preparation of corporate strategic plans while effectively gathering, analyzing, and organizing large data sets.
  • Prepare and compare financial performance to budget, evaluate financial projections and remodel company and department forecasts.
  • Assess and track compliance of borrowing bases, collateral, liquidity/availability, covenants and other reporting items.


Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field; highly desired if pursuing a master’s program and/or certification (e.g., CPA, CFA).
  • 1-3 years’ experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Experience working on projects delivering cash flow assessments, capital structure analysis and financial statement forecasts
  • Ability to convey complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong attention to detail with the capability to review financial data meticulously and identify inconsistencies.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in basic financial modeling and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members at all levels.
