Job Title: Corporate Finance Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Corporate Finance Manager to lead our finance team. As a Corporate Finance Manager, you will oversee all aspects of corporate finance, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Your role will be pivotal in guiding financial decisions, optimizing financial performance, and supporting the overall strategic objectives of the organization.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Develop and monitor financial performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Lead the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and analyses for executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with department heads and business units to develop annual budgets and strategic financial plans aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and capital allocation.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to financial processes, systems, and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, bankers, and investors.
  • Monitor industry trends and economic factors that may impact financial performance and strategic planning.
  • Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and high performance.
