Job Overview: We are seeking a strategic and experienced Corporate Finance Manager to join our team. The Corporate Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in managing financial planning, analysis, and strategic initiatives to support organizational growth and profitability. This position requires strong financial acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and achieve business objectives.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A): Lead the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling. Provide insightful analysis of financial results and trends to support decision-making by senior management and stakeholders.
  • Strategic Financial Management: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives. Evaluate investment opportunities, capital allocation decisions, and cost optimization initiatives to enhance financial performance and shareholder value.
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and presentations for internal management, board of directors, and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
  • Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A): Support M&A activities, including financial due diligence, valuation analysis, deal structuring, and integration planning. Evaluate potential synergies and risks associated with acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic partnerships.
  • Capital Markets and Financing: Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors to secure financing for corporate initiatives. Evaluate financing options, including debt financing, equity offerings, and alternative financing structures.
  • Risk Management and Internal Controls: Identify and assess financial risks, including market risk, liquidity risk, and operational risk. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and internal control frameworks to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Supervise and mentor a team of financial analysts and professionals. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the finance department.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), or a related field, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis. Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial software (e.g., ERP systems, financial planning tools) are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives and drive financial performance. Experience in developing and executing financial strategies in a dynamic business environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.

Compensation

  • The base salary for a Corporate Finance Manager typically ranges from $120,000 to $160,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Performance-based bonuses and incentives may range from 10% to 30% of base salary, based on individual and company performance metrics.
