Roles And Responsibilities

Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A): Lead and support M&A transactions by performing due diligence, financial feasibility assessments, and deal structuring.
Capital Raising: Assist clients in raising capital through equity and debt financing, preparing financial memoranda, investor presentations, and overseeing transaction execution.
Financial Restructuring: Develop and implement financial restructuring plans to optimize capital structure, improve liquidity, and enhance financial performance.
Strategic Financial Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop long-term financial plans, budgeting processes, and financial projections aligned with corporate objectives.
Risk Management: Identify financial risks and opportunities, and recommend appropriate risk mitigation strategies to safeguard client interests.
