Corporate Equity Derivatives Trader - Director

Title: Director, Corporate Equity Derivative Trader

Summary: My client, a global bank in NYC, is actively hiring a Director-level Corporate Equity Derivatives Trader to join their growing Equities team. This person will have full oversight of PnL and will own and run the corporate book.

This person will be responsible for pricing, trading, and risk-managing both vanilla and complex equity derivative products for corporate clients of the firm.

Responsibilities:

• Pricing and structuring of derivatives transactions for corporate clients
• Perform daily risk management and hedging of the trading books, including close interaction with other traders and brokers
• Daily communication with clients on matters related to equity derivatives when requested by Sales

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years work experience trading corporate derivatives
• Extensive knowledge of the U.S. Corporate Derivative market including the ability to price and risk manage call spreads, ASRs, variable prepaid forwards, other exotic structures and delta one
• Advanced computer skills required, especially in MS Excel, Python, and Visual Basic
