Key Responsibilities

Lead efforts in staffing, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.

Provide strategic guidance and support to management teams on HR policies and initiatives.

Manage complex employee relations matters with fairness and objectivity, conducting thorough investigations as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Proven ability to navigate HRIS systems and provide technical support as needed.
