A national hotel management company in Atlanta is seeking a Corporate Director of IT. The Corporate Director of IT is accountable for providing comprehensive support and leadership for IT services that meet the needs of the company's hotels. Collaborating with other leaders, this role establishes the IT strategy, ensures goals are achieved, and key metrics are identified and met.
Responsibilities:
Single point of contact for all escalations above Field IT Managers
Manages Capex process
Liaison with our corporate office to support initiatives by identifying technical solutions that are both cost effective and supportable
Ensure PCI compliance across all properties, 3rd party and owned
Ensure all brand projects requiring IT support are prioritized and completed appropriately
Remain aware of new technologies and champion initiatives that provide opportunities to increase profitability, guest satisfaction and/or create efficiencies for the properties
Represent IT on Due Diligence trips and support Onboarding/Offboarding of properties
Create accurate IT budgets, by property
Produce monthly reporting to Operations
Coordinate/Support technology needs for new hires
Requirements:
Must have experience managing IT operations in Marriott and Hilton hotels.
Must be able to travel 50% of the time.
Experience in a Regional/Corporate Hotel IT role with oversight of at least 15 hotels highly preferred.
Ideally, the Corporate Director of IT will be local to Atlanta or be able to travel to the Atlanta office regularly.
