Location: The location of the role will be at our office in Chicago with hybrid working arrangements available through our Smart Working Model which allows you a greater choice in how you work and live, giving you a better work-life balance.

Key Elements Of The Role:

· Participate in strategic planning and lead project teams to evaluate potential acquisition targets.

· Collaborate with internal business unit teams to support strategic projects.

· Project management, including determining approach, assigning duties, overseeing progress, reviewing and challenging feedback and opinions, driving progress, driving opinions and generating consensus.

· Lead overall transaction negotiation and execution, including coordination of due diligence activities.

· Develop operating financial models to evaluate a target’s financial projections, valuation, accretion dilution, and returns analyses.

· Liaise with company senior executives, external advisors and third parties.

Qualifications:

Candidates will have at least a Bachelor’s Degree, likely in a Business, Finance, Accounting or related discipline.

Experience:

· 5+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate development or transaction services.

· Experience must include reading, analyzing, and interpreting markets, strategic, and financial analysis.

· Proven abilities in writing and delivering presentations to various audiences.

· Ability to analyze global markets and trends.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate to key stakeholders across various levels and functions.

· Ability to travel when and if required on a project needs basis.
