A HNW Family Office in Boca Raton is seeking a Corporate Controller to join their team to work closely with the SVP Finance and support financial operations of the family’s investments, trusts, estates, and foundations. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in budgeting, cash flow reporting and investment reporting. Tax experience is highly valued but not

a requirement.

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on oversight of family office finance & accounting operations including financial reporting, budgeting, cash management and bill paying.
• Financial Reporting on providing monthly consolidated reporting of balance sheet, profit & loss, and cash flow summaries.
• Responsible for cash management and treasury responsibilities for all entities.
• Monitor, guide, and review annual budget and re-forecasting process for all Family Office entities
• Analysis of investment portfolio using Addepar
• Oversee day/day and cyclical financial operations including oversight of outsourced relationships.
• Collaborate with other team leaders to create best practices and efficiencies in processes.
• Assist in maintaining tax schedules prepared by outside tax preparers and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the senior team regarding special projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• CPA is highly valued, Tax exp. is a strong plus (indiv., partnership, trust)
• 8+ years’ experience HNW accounting/finance professional- (within or servicing HNW family Office (ie. CPA firm)
• Strong technical skills in Excel and QuickBooks.
• Experience with fund administration and investment reporting systems preferred.
• Exposure to full range of investment assets (equity, fixed income, alternative investments)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.

Salary:$175-$200k bonus (commensurate with experience) plus bonus
