Corporate Controller

Our client, a specialized division of a global, billion dollar testing company, is searching for a Corporate Controller to join them in their journey of doubling in size and revenue over the next 3 years. This company is focused on testing and inspecting materials in the Aerospace and Defense industry, putting them through world class tests utilizing technology such as earthquake and lightning simulators! Responsibilities

• Oversee quarterly reporting packs, monthly balance sheet accounts and reconciliations, and monthly cash flow statement
• Participate in Treasury Management including administrative reports across all company locations
• Work directly with Collections and Corporate Accounting Team
• Align all locations to the same policies and procedures set forth by the international finance team
• Support M&A activities as needed

Qualifications

• BA in Accounting or Finance
• CPA required
• 10+ years in a position focused on financial and accounting support, ideally with multiple sites/locations
• Ability to read balance sheets and financial data, calculate items for tax returns, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and make calculations for business analysis purposes
• 5+ years of experience as a controller for a stand-alone company
