HMV Properties is an esteemed hospitality management company focused in Select Service accommodations and unparalleled service. We are seeking a strategic Controller to steer our financial course and contribute to our legacy of excellence.
The Controller will play a critical role in the financial strategy and direction of the hotel, working closely with the General Manager, CEO and the executive team.
Based: Charlotte, NC
Reports to: CEO & CFO
What we are looking for:
Proven experience as Hotel Controller in centralized accounting environment.
In-depth knowledge of Select service financial management practices.
Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
Proficient in the use of M3 accounting system.
Assistance controller looking for their next opportunity with minimum of 5 years of experience.
