Responsibilities:
Manage accounting operations and processes
Responsible for account reconciliations
Own closing processes and reporting packages
Analyze financial statements and compare results
Manage global expansion and related aspects
Comply with government reporting and tax requirements
Develop processes and policies for internal controls
Evaluate and implement automation in accounting
Manage order-to-cash process
Oversee audit functions
Manage compliance and valuation processes
Prepare regulatory reporting and ensure compliance
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
7+ years of controllership experience
Strong leadership skills to develop teams through transitions
Experience taking a company through an IPO and preparing for a public offering
Expertise in SOX, revenue recognition, process improvement, and financial systems implementations
Background in the SaaS/tech industry
