Role Description
The Corporate / Marketing Communications Specialist will build high-impact programs that drive brand awareness, thought leadership, and leads. The role will encompass PR, AR, social media, blog, speaking opportunities, and other marketing programs. You will help define campaigns, build processes, and play a hands-on role managing programs.
This position is a half-time contractor role (with the potential to become a full time role in 6-12 months) and reports to the CMO (based in San Francisco). You can be located anywhere in the US. Join a fast growing B2B software company and be part of the AI revolution.
Create and manage plans and content for PR, AR, social media, blog, podcasts, thought leadership, awards, and other communication programs
Work closely with marketing and executive teams
Expand social media programs to drive more followers, engagement, and leads
Expand PR program to drive more media coverage
Enhance blog with more / better content to increase engagement and SEO impact
Build AR program to drive analyst coverage
Capture photos / videos of Wordly team & product for use on social media, website, etc.
Create customer reference program to drive G2 reviews and case studies (videos, print, social, PR, blog, etc.)
Manage and enhance Wordly brand guidelines
Pitch Wordly as a thought leadership speaker at events
Set program specific goals, including - followers, engagement, media coverage, leads, etc.
Create and manage detailed project plans and reports on key program metrics
Qualifications
2+ years experience managing marketing communications programs for a B2B tech company
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field preferred
