Corporate Communications Manager - Premier, Full-Service Financial Firm

A leading financial institution is seeking an accomplished communications professional to join their Corporate Communications division. The ideal candidate for this senior-level B2B finance role will bring at least 7 years of experience and a strong financial services background. As Communications Manager, you'll direct agency of record (AOR) activities and collaborate cross-functionally with various department heads to elevate the firm's profile and drive strategic initiatives.

The Role:

• Craft and implement communications strategies to enhance the company's reputation across key stakeholder groups
• Spearhead thought leadership programs that position the firm's experts as industry authorities
• Oversee digital and social media initiatives, with emphasis on LinkedIn engagement
• Manage relationships with top-tier media outlets and handle high-profile press inquiries
• Coordinate efforts with marketing, investor relations, legal, and compliance teams

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 7 years' experience in financial services communications, with expertise in areas such as investment banking, corporate reputation management, and thought leadership
• Proven track record in both traditional and digital media relations
• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills, with a knack for compelling storytelling
• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Strong collaborative skills and experience working effectively with senior leadership
