The Role: As the Corporate Cash Manager, reporting to the VP & Corporate Treasurer, you will be responsible for North American, European and Corporate treasury operations, including execution of strong financial controls and identification and implementation of process improvements, and cash/liquidity forecasting. This position can be based out of our Schenectady, NY or the Woodlands, TX office.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Responsible for Corporate, North American, and European cash management and cash positioning activities
• Coordinate with Treasury personnel and in-country personnel to optimize the global banking network while maintaining robust controls
• Drive the identification and implementation of improvement initiatives related to cash management and forecasting processes.
• Coordinate with the broader Treasury team on activities related to intercompany lending, cash repatriation, and liquidity optimization.
• Ensure system security for all Corporate, European, and North American banking systems.
• Assist in the evaluation and implementation of Treasury technology.
• Conduct periodic bank fee review and analysis.
• Coordinate an annual assessment bank account controls.
• Maintain the Company’s short-term liquidity forecast
• Produce weekly / monthly / quarterly reports
• Support debt-related activities as needed.

Creating Extraordinary Starts With:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of Treasury experience
• CTP certification preferred

• The salary range for this position is $82,000-$135,000 annually. The specific salary offered will be determined by a variety of factors including location, experience, and education.
