Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (the “Company”), a subsidiary of Marcus & Millichap, Inc. (NYSE:MMI) is seeking a Corporate Intern to support the Capital Markets team. Working closely with the Head of Business and other capital markets leaders, the candidate will support overall corporate initiatives and tasks. This role is designated to be a non-exempt position.
This role will be on-site, in our office in Manhattan, NY.
The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in Manhattan, NY is $16.00/hour. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. Marcus & Millichap is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.

Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation is the real estate capital markets platform of Marcus & Millichap, Inc. With over 200 employees in offices across the United States and Canada, the Company provides commercial real estate capital markets financing solutions including debt and mezzanine financing, preferred and joint venture equity, sponsor equity and loan sales. Key Responsibilities
- Researching data and market trends.
- Maintaining Salesforce database.
- Updating and adding contacts to Salesforce.
- Joining and/or participating in Corporate or Management meetings.
- May perform other related duties as assigned.
- Pursuing a degree in finance, accounting, commercial real estate, or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented and analytical mindset.
- Ability to keep information confidential.
- Ability to work independently.
