Actively seeking a Corporate Business Development Specialist for a Fulltime and Hybrid Role. This role is suited for a candidate with 2+ years of experience working in Business Development, RFP, or Proposal writing within a Professional Services, Marketing, or Legal firm. Strong writing skills is a MUST.

HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST
SCHEDULE | LOCATION: Hybrid (3 Days Work From Home) | New York, NY (Midtown West)
PAY: $95K - $120K (Based on Years of Experience, Legal Experience)

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree
2-4+ Yrs in a Marketing/Business Development Role in a Professional Services/Legal Firm
Extraordinary attention to detail, and oral/written communications skills
MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Additional Knowledge in Database, CRM, and Email Marketing Platforms REQUIRED

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Support attorneys post-event, including targeting of attendees, follow ups
Preparing and drafting pitch materials and RFP responses
Research prospective clients, Firms, industry specializations
Edit, assemble, proof, and distribute final proposals
Maintain pitch tracking
Contribute to the development of strategy and implementation of business plans
Monitor and report on market trends and issues
Support cross-practice business development initiatives
