Corporate Associate - Unique Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity for a big-law attorney to leave behind the high billable requirement but still work on high-level, sophisticated deals. Beacon Hill Legal is working with a high-end Corporate boutique law firm in Boston that is looking to hire an Associate with at least 1 year of experience working in a Corporate group at an AmLAw 200 firm. The firm handles a range of deals including M&A, Venture Capital, Private Equity, Debt and Equity Financing, Strategic Licensing, and other corporate work.

The firm offers a low billable requirement (1500 hours) and still offers a competitive compensation package that is relatively similar to most major law firms. You'll get the ability to continue working alongside other attorneys who began their career with elite law firms but wanted the ability to have more control over their lives and their careers.

Beacon Hill Legal has placed several attorneys with this firm over the years with great success.

Candidates must have a J.D. from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in MA or another state.
