The ideal candidate has between 4-6+ years of securities experience, including 33 Act and 34 Act work, with solid research/writing skills. The firm is well known for fostering a congenial work environment, with no minimum billable requirements and low turnover rate. Firm offers a hybrid in-office/remote work from home arrangement.
