Job Description
As Corporate Associate, you will be responsible for:
Collaborative approach, the firm is looking to hire someone who can balance working with their initiative whilst collaborating with the successful Corporate/ M&A Practice Group.
Drafting and negotiating key transaction documents.
Leading role in conducting and coordinating the due diligence process - reviewing corporate documents, public filings, and material contracts.
Coordinating transaction execution, ensuring that documentation is properly executed, filings are submitted and all formalities to finalize an offering are completed. Excellent customer service, serving as the primary contact with clients and opposing counsel.

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have demonstrable Corporate Associate experience:
Preferably 3-7 years experience in Corporate/ M&A work (document drafting, due diligence and transaction coordination work).
Strong customer service ethic, ability to prioritize and work at speed (when required for transaction purposes).
Attention to detail, highly organized, comfortable prioritizing and working at speed.
Collegial approach, able to use own initiative whilst working collaboratively with the Practice Group and peers across the firm.
