My client is seeking a talented Corporate Attorney Associate to join our expanding securities group. Key Qualifications:
4-6 years of in-depth experience with public company rules and regulations (Securities Act of 1933, Securities Exchange Act of 1934)
Expertise in public and private offerings of securities
Knowledge of national securities exchange listing rules
Experience with reporting on Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K
Proficiency in preparing proxy statements for annual and special shareholder meetings
Section 16 reporting (Forms 3, 4, and 5)
General corporate and corporate governance experience (e.g., drafting board resolutions, policies, press releases)
Broker-dealer, FINRA, investment adviser, or fund formation experience is a plus
Compensation:
$210,000 - $235,000 annually
