Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements, offering personalized recommendations.
Provide prompt and professional customer service via phone and email, handling new travel requests and itinerary changes with efficiency.
Utilize industry-leading booking systems to arrange flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours accurately and timely.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of destinations and travel options to provide informed advice to clients.
Manage the end-to-end travel process, ensuring all bookings and client communications are meticulously documented.
Meet performance metrics related to revenue generation, client satisfaction, and service excellence.
Collaborate effectively with team members and uphold company values in all interactions.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in leisure travel planning, with a focus on personalized customer service.
Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management.
Familiarity with GDS systems (Sabre or Amadeus) and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
