Job Title: Corporate Affairs Sr Mgr

Duration: 5 Months

Location: 100% remote

Ideal Candidates: 8-10 YOE public relations or corporate communications. Prefers masters or bachelors minimum. Corporate Agency experience plus Biotech exp plus, but not required. Proficient in planning and executing PR campaigns, including event planning, message development, stakeholder engagement and media relations.

Well-versed in both internal and external communications, experience in at facilitating organizational change management is a plus.

Experienced in working with agencies across multiple geographies

Role Overview Reporting to the Executive Director, Corporate Affairs, the Senior Manager will support internal and external strategic communications in support of a key corporate initiative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to advance key corporate initiatives.
  • Adopt best practices and standards for internal/external communications in partnership with enterprise and functional leads.
  • Manage multiple agency partners across various projects.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding with enterprise communications teams in support of key initiative.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in corporate communications, preferably within a global organization.
  • Proficient in planning and executing PR campaigns, including event planning, message development, stakeholder engagement, and media relations.
  • Well-versed in both internal and external communications; experience in facilitating organizational change management is a plus.
  • Experienced in working with agencies across multiple geographies.
  • Strong strategic thinking and content development skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Basic Qualification

Doctorate degree and 2 years experience OR

  • Master’s degree and 6 years experience OR
  • Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience OR
  • Associate’s degree and 10 years of experience OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of experience AND 2 years of managerial experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs or directing the allocation of resources
