As a member of our marketing team, the Copywriter will be responsible for creating the voice of our brands while bringing initiatives and concepts to life across multiple platforms. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to develop copy across print, digital, social media, in-center creative, PR materials, and corporate internal and external communications. The Copywriter will be expected to employ a level of creativity such that copy is on-brand and will motivate customers while strengthening relationships and loyalty.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following.

  • Develop inspiring, strategic and on-brand copy for PR and marketing campaigns
  • Participate, lead or assist on internal and external communications
  • Carry out copywriting tasks from ideation to production
  • Work effectively across departments / functions to gather accurate information, make necessary changes to projects and keep the flow of production moving
  • Take creative input and direction
  • Prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Take ownership and responsibility for assigned projects
  • Develop and work with both internal (e.g., marketing, training, operations, etc.) and external content providers (e.g., agencies, PR firms, etc.).
  • Work with graphic designers to implement programs

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: N/A

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • BA/BS in English, Journalism, Communications, or Marketing related degree.
  • Minimum of two years of advertising copy experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong technical and grammatical skills.
  • Strong passion for branding and creating intelligent voices for brands.
  • Portfolios should demonstrate strong conceptual abilities, standout creative thinking, and exceptional writing skills

The approximate pay rate for this position is $65,000 - $73,000 annually. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
