The position of English copywriter and community manager is responsible for using writing and referencing skills, conceptual ability, and strategic thinking to enhance the Agency’s copy offerings to the Client, fundamentally in Social Media.
The position is initially part-time, up to 20 hours a month, remote, with the possibility of becoming full-time in January 2025.

The position of English copywriter and community manager is responsible for using writing and referencing skills, conceptual ability, and strategic thinking to enhance the Agency’s copy offerings to the Client, fundamentally in Social Media.
The position is initially part-time, up to 20 hours a month, remote, with the possibility of becoming full-time in January 2025.
Responsibilities
- Write copy for social media organic content & long-form blog entries
- Integrate the brand’s established tone of voice into social creativity in a compelling, valuable, and authentic way
- Collaborate with assigned creative partners (art directors, editors, etc.) to execute final projects
- Deliver work that reflects careful attention to detail, especially ensuring that all client’s specific legal and brand guidelines are observed
- Create work that is mindful of the client's measurement objectives
- Excellent skills in the preparation and presentation of concepts/layouts internally and to clients
- Work on new business initiatives as needed
- Deliver all assignments on time, on strategy, on brand, on brief, and on budget
- Present and defend creative work in front of the client
- Maintain positive relationships with internal business group departments such as Editorial and Client Services
- Contribute ideas in Client meetings
- Keep up to date with popular culture and trends
- Communicate effectively and professionally both internally and externally
- Demonstrate ability to set priorities while handling multiple projects/deadlines
- Project a professional, positive attitude toward peers and clients
- Foster a positive team atmosphere and establish credibility both internally and externally
- Monitor social media channels for customer feedback, questions, and engagement opportunities
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner
- Build and nurture relationships with the online community, including influencers and brand advocates
- Analyze and report on community engagement metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement
- Develop and execute community engagement strategies to increase brand loyalty and advocacy
- Organize and participate in online events to boost community involvement and interaction
- 5 years' experience in a Copywriting role in an advertising agency
- Experience in travel, tourism, and/or luxury
- English native speaker
- Written and spoken Spanish desirable but not excluding
- Experience across a variety of communication channels and business categories
- Passion and understanding of today’s social media landscape and the best practices as it relates to each unique platform
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective community management
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
