The Role

As a Marketing Copywriter, you will craft compelling content to suit a variety of marketing channels by infusing our corporate voice into copy across our marketing channels, which include website landing page copy, blog posts, downloads, paid media, video scripts, and other placements.

You're the ideal candidate for Marigold if you possess a proactive, solution-focused mindset, excel in a fast-paced environment, and can generate relevant, actionable copy to garner interest, establish credibility, and invite further engagement. Your experience includes copywriting for various industries such as retail, hospitality, media/publishing, financial services, and technology.

Roles And Responsibilities

Create content that effectively conveys the desired message to target audiences, and drives engagement and desired actions. Maintain audience relevance with content that reflects an awareness of the problems our prospects are trying to solve and expresses it in a way that reflects an understanding of their respective industry. Consistently follow and amplify the brand voice throughout all content to raise awareness of Marigold’s brand promise. Work with cross-functional stakeholders to incorporate relevant positioning from product marketing, strategy, customer success, and sales partners to ensure the optimal result.

Required Experience

  • Minimum of 3+ years creating content in a marketing, communications, or related capacity.
  • Proven track record of writing compelling and clear B2B corporate content across a variety of content formats and marketing channels.
  • Self-directed and able to work proactively, coordinating stakeholder buy-in across teams.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into simple, inspiring, and intuitive communications.
  • Appetite to manage multiple content requests simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, with exposure to both SMB and enterprise businesses.
