Who You Are:
Supergoop! is seeking a Sales Planning and Operations Coordinator to assist in executing sales strategies, optimizing retail operations, and ensuring the alignment of sales and operational goals. This includes (but is not limited to!) sales analytics and reporting, field sales team administrative support, retail marketing and account planning support and overall coordination of the NA team strategies. This highly ambitious, detail-oriented, and passionate individual should have their finger on the pulse of beauty, love to make to-do lists & cross things off, and enjoy building relationships. This position will report to the Director, Sales Planning and Operations, and will work on a hybrid model out of our NYC offices.
Responsibilities:
Sales Planning:
Assist team in the development of total North America retail sales plans, including forecasting, target setting, and product allocation.
Support field reporting and territory alignment.
Performance Metrics and reporting:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance and operational efficiency.
Sampling Allocation
Co-lead execution of all sampling programs to ensure key dates are met inclusive of allocations, production with internal ops team and shipping timelines.
Team Support
Create and maintain monitoring key documents on a regular basis (commercialization calendars, side by sides, new product forms, pricing documents, assortment etc.)
Manage product samples - track, maintain, and organize office stock and distribute product to internal teams and external partners
Assist in retailer meeting prep – schedule, gratis, room set up execution
Assist with all administrative tasks necessary to support the day-to-day operations
Develop cross functional relationships to ensure all deliverables are aligned with product launches, retailer timeline
Cultivate strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and maximize opportunities for brand exposure and growth
Qualifications/Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in related field of study or equivalent work experience
Prior professional experience
Organizational and project management skills
Proficient technical skills (Microsoft Office - Windows, Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Google docs
Knowledgeable in social media platforms (Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.)
This position is on a hybrid model and will require working out of our NYC offices 3x a week
Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 commensurate with experience
