We are seeking a dedicated Quality & care Coordinator to join our team and ensure that our high standards are consistently met across our stores, while also enhancing our customer care and repair services.

Tasks And Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Manager.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of products in stores to ensure compliance with our quality standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and work with store managers to address and rectify quality issues.
- Train store staff on quality standards and procedures to ensure consistent customer experiences.
- Customer Care:
- Lead the customer care team to provide exceptional service, addressing customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Oversee the resolution of customer issues, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining brand loyalty.
- Develop and implement customer care policies and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Repairs Services:
- Manage the repair services process, from receiving and evaluating repair requests to coordinating with repair specialists.
- Ensure timely and high-quality repairs that meet our brand's standards.
- Maintain accurate records of repair activities and communicate effectively with customers regarding the status of their items.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and retail, to ensure a cohesive approach to quality management.
- Communicate effectively with store managers, staff, and customers to address quality-related concerns and feedback.
- Prepare and present regular reports on quality performance and customer care metrics to senior management
- Continuous Improvement:
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and customer care to keep the brand at the forefront of excellence.
- Propose and implement initiatives to improve quality control processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness within the organization.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance, quality management
- Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and customer care principles.
- Experience in luxury industry or retail industry is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work under specific timelines and fast-paced environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset. Ability to work across different functional areas and levels of organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with quality management software.
