Position Summary

As a Professional Education Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating logistics, and maintaining essential documentation for our staff programs. Your responsibilities will also include processing faculty work authorizations.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and support Professional Education Department courses.

Manage attendee guest lists and communicate agenda details.

Create course invitations and oversee registration processes.

Serve as the primary on-site contact for hotel arrangements, field sales teams, and physicians.

Handle course registrations and contractual arrangements within compliance guidelines and budget constraints.

Assemble and ship course materials, and coordinate pre-course meetings.

Reconcile all course-related costs and maintain communication with attending physicians.

Support faculty logistics and travel arrangements.

Manage the Work Authorization process for contracted faculty.

Ensure all paperwork is processed in compliance with company policies and external reporting requirements.

Maintain accurate course information for reporting purposes.

Provide ad hoc support to other Professional Education department personnel.

Additional Requirements

Bachelor's degree in communication, advertising, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to interact professionally with physicians.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Creative, proactive, and deadline-oriented mindset.

Willingness to travel for on-site course execution (expected travel: 2-4 days per month, up to 20%).

Physical ability to walk, sit, stand, bend, and push/pull as needed.

Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
