Overview /Objective
This position will have responsibility for operational, logistical, and administrative support to the Game Operations department, with a specific focus on International Team Operations.

Salary
$62,500 — $75,000 USD

This position will have responsibility for operational, logistical, and administrative support to the Game Operations department, with a specific focus on International Team Operations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the domestic contact responsible for soliciting and streamlining communications, including follow-up, between NFL UK, New York Office and international constituents.
- Support club and league responsibilities and logistical operations for International Series game(s) which includes site visits, understanding of club requirements, act as conduit of information to multiple stakeholders.
- Serve as a liaison for Team Operations on internal and cross-departmental meetings.
- Provide logistical and administrative support to overall International Team Operations
- Assists with communication and follow up with vendors and club contacts.
- Creates and maintains tracking documents for various International Team Operations items, approvals, and initiatives.
- Create agendas and assist with note taking for various virtual and in-person/on-site meetings.
- Participates in Football Operations game and event duties as assigned by department, including travel to NFL International Series games meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Up to 3 years of experience in administration, communications, and/or operations at the collegiate and/or professional sports level
- B.A./B.S. required.
- Strong communication, team building, and interpersonal skills
- Must be extremely detail-oriented
- Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments
- Highly organized and ability to multitask efficiently, even in high-pressure environments
- Highly developed verbal, written, and analytical skills are necessary
- Very strong computer skills including: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience in the sports or entertainment industry is preferred
- Extensive travel, including weekends and holidays, as required
- NFL employees are required to work 40 hours per week. This role will require additional hours outside of normal working hours, especially on nights and weekends during the season and at events.
