The Coordinator will primarily support the EVP, Global Business Development & Digital Strategy, and also support executives on this team that oversee key functions in Business Development, Partner Development, Emerging Technologies, and Game Partnerships. The role will involve a combination of administrative support responsibilities and an opportunity to work on projects handled by the Business Development, Partner Development, Emerging Technologies, and Game Partnerships groups. We are looking for a highly organized self-starter who is eager to take on responsibility in a collaborative team environment that covers multiple aspects of Sony Music’s digital business.
What you'll do:
Provide general administrative support for the EVP, Global Business Development & Digital Strategy and for SVPs and VPs who report to the EVP, including expenses, travel, managing calendars, and meeting and event arrangements.
Assist in creation of Word documents and PowerPoint decks
Assist in research projects
Assist in testing products
Assist in data cleanup, entry, and analysis
Manage logins/permissions for insight tools, databases, and products being tested
Manage distribution lists and contact lists
Who you are:
Bachelor's Degree
1-2 years work experience preferred
Proficiency in computer software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
Pro-active go-getter who can flourish in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and inter-personal skills
Highly organized
Fast learner
Outstanding attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to effectively multi-task and manage priorities
