This role will be a critical member of the Flag integrated team, which is responsible for coordinating across the League and 32 clubs to accelerate flag football growth in the U.S. and globally. Reporting to the VP, Head of Flag Football, the Coordinator will provide support across all Flag Football priorities.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage projects and timelines for new initiatives within flag football
Work in collaboration with Directors, Managers, and Vice Presidents across multiple business units to drive cross-functional projects and priorities
Lead research on the flag football landscape and develop recommendations on priority focus areas
Identify and evaluate potential new partners
Lead, attend, and support internal and external meetings
Assist with communication and follow up with vendors and club contacts
Participate in Flag Football event duties and meetings as assigned by department, including travel to Flag Football Championship, regional and club events, and partner meetings
Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
2 -3 years of professional experience in strategy, operations , project management, or a similar field
B.A/B.S. or equivalent required
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Highly organized and ability to multitask efficiently, even in high-pressure environments
Strong oral and written communication skills, discretion, and sound judgment

Must be extremely detail-oriented
Ability to work collaboratively across functions and regions
Experience in the professional sports, youth sports, or entertainment industry is preferred

Terms / Expected Hours of Work
NFL employees are required to work 40 hours per week. This role may require additional hours as well.
Salary / Pay Range

Salary
$62,500 — $75,000 USD
