Job Description

Minimum Qualifications:

Three years of experience in large-scale cooking, with large-scale being defined as 300 meals daily.

Duties Description:

Prepare and cook a variety of foods including soups, sauces, meats, fish, vegetables, baked goods, etc.

Supervise kitchen staff in the storage, preparation, cooking anddispensing of food.

Clean and sanitize kitchen facilities, utensils and equipment.

Additional duties will be discussed in detail during the interview.
