Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Specialty Cook at The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort. The Specialty Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and guidelines, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, overseeing food preparation and quality, and collaborating with the culinary team to create exceptional dining experiences for guests. This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Experience in culinary arts, preferably in a luxury resort or fine dining establishment
Proficiency in various cooking techniques and methods
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Creativity and passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences
Culinary degree or relevant certifications are a plus
