What You Will Be Doing

• Perform checkout, start-up and testing of BMS DDC controllers serving a wide variety of mechanical systems in Data Centers and other critical environments.
• Write, test, and commission BMS control programs to match complex Sequences of Operation
• Document project status and participate in the creation and accuracy of close-out documents.
• Write and follow detailed Method of Procedure (MOP), Change Management (CM) forms and process.
• Perform BMS commissioning, including Pre-functional, Functional, and Integrated Systems Testing processes, both individually, and with 3rd-Party/Customer commissioning agents.
• Perform periodic Maintenance and Service of existing BMS systems in an active Data Center environment
• Support multiple concurrent projects in the Eastern Oregon and Washington areas.
  
  

What You Need for this Position

• Four year degree (ME / EE preferred) or Two year degree / apprenticeship plus equivalent work experience or (5+ years) automation / controls field experience required.
• Five+ years experience in programming, startup, and testing of BMS and/or PLC systems desired
• Tridium Niagara AX / N4 Certification and Distech ECLYPSE experience strongly preferred, Siemens or
  
  

Schneider experience a plus.

• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience with AutoDesk AutoCAD and/or MS Visio and/or Bluebeam Revu preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
• Successful candidate will be self-motivated, able to complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary
• Local travel required to Eastern Oregon and Eastern Washington areas, with occasional overnight travel
