A leader in the textiles industry is seeking a Controller with experience in manufacturing or textiles. This firm is renowned for its unique designs and exceptional quality, selling exclusively to independent fabric shops worldwide. In addition to textiles, they also design and manufacture handbags and accessories.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience, be proficient in Excel, and ideally have experience working within a family business. This role also includes supporting HR to ensure smooth onboarding processes and employee benefits management.
Responsibilities:
Maintains and updates the company's financial records
Coordinates the audit and review process with external accounting firms
Performs bank reconciliations
Contributes to the development of business strategies and plans
Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
Supervises the bookkeeper
Manages the company's payroll processing
