Controller - Manufacturing

Excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing Manufacturing Company located in the Wilmington area as a Controller. This will be the # 1 Finance person reporting directly into the President, managing a staff and will be key Business Partner supporting all Finance, Cost Accounting, Financial Analysis, Revenue Recognition and Operation functions. This role will have complete ownership of all financial statements, cash flow projections, financial forecasts, cost accounting, inventory management, margin analysis, pricing and oversight of transactional accounting activities. This person will also be the point person driving technology initiatives, establishing processes/controls and staff development as this compnay is in a hyper growth mode. Previous experience working for a Company in Manufacturing with multi-site locations is a requirement. This is very nice opportunity as this company is financially sound, recently moved into new manufacturing facility, strong leadership team in place with aggressive growth plans moving forward. Keys:

• MBA, CPA or CMA Preferred.
• 5+ years of Financial Leadership experience in a Manufacturing setting.
• Strong Cost Accounting and Inventory skills – margin analysis, cost of goods, overhead analysis, costing/pricing etc
• Must be strong with establishing strong processes and controls as this is a very transactional business.
• Must be comfortable being in a “hands on” leadership role
