Job Summary
Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders to identify their needs and aid in the execution of business solutions.
Prepare and report financial and operational results to the senior leadership.
Oversee all financial transactions for the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP.
Work closely with all departments outside of accounting to identify KPIs necessary for department leader to review and formulate action/solutions on improvement.
Evaluate information systems in place (related to accounting and payroll), provide recommendations, and ensure proper maintenance of all systems and processes.
Manage the relationship with the CPA firms. Provide financial data as needed for audit/review and tax return preparations.
Supervise accounting department, train, and administer performance evaluations.
About YOU
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA or CPA a plus
8+ years of experience of progressive accounting experience (public accounting a plus)
Healthcare industry experience a plus
Experience in ERP’s and/or Sage Intacct a plus
Strong knowledge and application of U.S. GAAP
Strong business acumen, experienced with and enthusiastic about turning data into useful KPIs
Tech-savvy and can easily maneuver among various systems, extracting/importing datanecessary for KPIs and financial reporting
Confident professional that can articulate financial matters to both financial and non-financial
Is goal oriented and expects to continue growing personally and professionally
