This role is integral to the company's operations, as it involves leading the transition of accounting responsibilities from an external provider to an in-house team. The Controller will be responsible for owning the financial reporting process, building and developing the accounting team, and implementing policies and procedures.

The Controller will need to have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, 10+ years of experience, an active CPA, and SEC reporting experience. They must also have experience working in a PE-backed startup environment. Candidates without these qualifications will not be considered.
