Managing Director of Finance and Accounting Search at StevenDouglas
A growing PE backed organization is looking for a Controller to manage the finance/accounting function. The preferred candidate would have 7+ years experience, a CPA license and prior experience managing a fast-growing organization.
Responsibilities:
Manage the GL Accounting function
Manage budgeting/forecasting process
Oversee ERP system implementation
Design and approve new accounting policies and internal controls
Assist CFO with special projects
Assist with acquisition integration
Act as a liaison with external auditors
Qualifications
Bachelors of Accounting
CPA required
Public accounting experience preferred
Experience with PE backed company preferred
NetSuite experience preferred
