A growing PE backed organization is looking for a Controller to manage the finance/accounting function. The preferred candidate would have 7+ years experience, a CPA license and prior experience managing a fast-growing organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the GL Accounting function
- Manage budgeting/forecasting process
- Oversee ERP system implementation
- Design and approve new accounting policies and internal controls
- Assist CFO with special projects
- Assist with acquisition integration
- Act as a liaison with external auditors
Qualifications
- Bachelors of Accounting
- CPA required
- Public accounting experience preferred
- Experience with PE backed company preferred
- NetSuite experience preferred
