Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Internal Controls: Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets, prevent fraud, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, providing insights into financial performance and trends to support decision-making.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, oversee tax filings, and coordinate with external auditors during audits.
Team Leadership: Mentor and motivate the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure departmental goals are met.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
Experience: 7+ years of accounting experience, including managerial roles.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
